[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Stealing movey From Accounts

SUB: Not Happy with the Services and The Behaviour of the Officials at The Branch.

Dear Sir,
I am really upset with the behavior of the Bank Officials at the Chittranjan Park Branch of your prestigious bank.
I hold as savings bank Account no. [protected] with your bank.
I have deposited cash Rs. 25, 000/- on Friday (19-july-2008) at the East of Kailash ATM but it was not credited to my account till Tuesday (22-July-2008). There was sufficient balance in my bank to honour the cheque issued by me but I required some money on Sunday night and I withdrew Rs.4000/- thinking that the cash deposited at the ATM will be credited on time.
Sir but it took so long for the Atm Cell to Pass the entry that they also Blamed me of depositing Rs.1, 500/- Less in Counting and only Rs.23, 500/- could reflect in the system because they claim that I have deposited less cash. I Does not accept this Blame because I counted the notes thrice before putting them in the envelope and seal it. Sir I also object that how can you blame me of depositing Less cash in the ATM..??? If there is any Video Recording or any proof at the time of Opening the Envelope then I would like to see it. I am very Clear about my money and I need it to be in my bank now. You kindly check the matter and revert me as soon as possible.
Secondly Sir, During the course of all this my bank was left with a very few balance and the Cheque of Rs.2, 000/- issued to Post Master was Dishonoured by the Bank which has never happened in my life. I Never want the Cheque to be bounced but this has been done by the careless behavior of the AXIS BANK ATM CELL People. I am being Charged with Rs.394/- as the Cheque Bounce Charges and I am Being given a credit of Rs.1500/- Less in my account also.
Kindly let me know why is this been done to me. I think that the cheque dishonor case is not my fault and still I am charged Rs. 394/- for the cheque bounce charges, which should be reversed.
Finally let me tell you about the staff at your Branch I called up at the Telephone Number of the branch ( i.e[protected], 06) and a Fine Gentleman Listened to my Problem and Passed the telephone to a Lady Official She too listened to me and said that I need to talk to the ATM Cell and this has no concern with the bank and she again passed the phone to a person and I told them that I am a customer of the Axis Bank, C.R. Park Branch and not of the ATM cell so please guide me in proper way because I have lost my prestigious Rs. 1, 500+ Rs.394= Rs.1, 894/- for no fault of mine. Sir I asked for the Name of the Lady Officer who was rude to me and She refused to tell me the name, I said that I am a customer and she is a bank official who is talking to me on the behalf of the bank so she should tell me her name so that I can talk to her senior about her behaviour. she again refused and the two or three people were heard gossiping after that a man came on the line whom I told to connect me to the branch Manager and she again gave the phone to the same lady official as it was a very casual game going on, She Quietly hang up the Phone, I again Rung the same Number and and I asked her for the Procedure to Close all the accounts if this is the behavior of the Bank Officials, Sir I was Shocked to see that she was very happy to offer me the Account Closure form and the Formalities required to close the account. This annoyed me as Six of My family Members and friends have the accounts at your Branch and that too after my suggestion about the Goodwill of the Bank and nobody has faced such humiliation. I was getting frustrated as of all this and I finally a man Naming Ashish Kapoor who introduced him as Branch Manager listened to me and Assured me that he will try to help me in this case as he could understand that losing this much money was not my fault he took my Cell No. from me and assured me that he will call me in some time after analyzing the whole situation and would tell me that why has all this happen to me, But Sir my badluck that he too didn’t turned back till date.
Is this the way u treat your customers. This is Totally Wrong on your side that First you people dont credit the cash deposited and then the deposited cash is shown as less in amount ( i.e Rs. 25000 was deposited as Rs.23500/-) this is cheating.
I may Close all my accounts and will not transact with you bank in future. I have never faced such Situation in my Life which you people have done to me.
I Therefore request you to kindly refund me this amount and reverse the charges immediately.

There are lots of complaints against the services of AXIS bank. The most serious of these are that this Bank is TOTALLY UNSECURED/UNTRUSTABLE bank. I know cases where my colleagues and friends account has been accessed by some other indivudial and they have reportedly stolen money. One of my friend lost 30000 Rs from this account. One of my colleague lost 70000 Rs from this bank. I would advice people NOT to bank with AXIS
My account number is [protected] and also it is a rembursement account, which is normally operating by my office Siemens-VAI Metal Technologies Pvt Ltd, Saltlake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal.
On 11.07.2009 morning, I was search 2 to 3 ATM counter at hatibagan - Shaymbazar area, but I cant access due to major link failure at 10.30AM to 11.30AM. After all I was succed in Shaymbazar branch ATM counter, where my card access in ATM machine and ask for pin code and quantity of withdrawl ammount. But no ammount I have received from ATM machine and again massage for link failure apprear. I was try this type procude at least three times, but the result was same.

Again I was try to acces in Hatibagan ATM counter aat evening 7.00 PM, and I succeed. But I was surprise that Rs. 3000.00 was debit from my account at morning and obiously I was try to communicate through your 'castomer care number' so many time. But, after all whenever I feel tried due to inconvenience of your idiotic customer care number, I am sending my complain to you for your puposefully activation as soon as possible.
