[Resolved] Axis Bank Credit Card — Wrong Committment by the company | |
Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Harsh Joshi was an credit card holder of Axis bank card no [protected],i was very happy with the card and services of your bank but due to some financial crisis and recession period in between i was unable to pay my dues on time and then once suddenly i was called by your collection team for not making a payment for more than three months for which i was paying interest,i was told to pay the amount which was used by me and interest part will be waived off and i can again use the card so i said ok and i paid the amount(principal) and they gave me a settlement letter and they had put my name in cibil records for which for a small amount i am stuck in life so i will advice the senior management to keep proper staff and also to inputt proper information to their staff so that people like me who was going to pay the amount late with interest and had to pay early due to false committment given by the collection team and your bank official, I am also ready to pay the remaining amount with interest if the bank gives me a guarantee that my name would removed out of cibil records Was this information helpful? | |
