[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — No Objection Certificate

Dear Sir,

I had taken the Credit Card from Axis Bank through executive at Hyderabad in the year of 2006. That time the executive told me that there is not annual maintenance free. First month it self extra 700 it's come to my credit card bill so i call to the same executive he told that I don’t know that contact to costumer care, same i did they told me that you need to pay later we put the fine for next months then I rejected and i send the check for my usage amount. For next month it's come with some fine + my usage then i send the check for my usage charge that time onwards i didn’t use that card.

At the time I got the job in Bangalore so I shifted to Bangalore later there is no communication with bank. But now one month back (December 2011) i received a call from Mr Prabakaran Layer (Mobile No: [protected]) Chennai, he told me that your credit card from Axis bank is pending if you pay the 30,000 we can clear other wise we will send you the court notices, after discussion he committed for 50% amount but i rejected since my usage is around 4, 300 how can I pay that much amount then he told that final with interest 12, 000 you can pay i will provide you the No Objection Certificate. Same thing i pay the Rs 12, 000 to my Credit Card but now he is not sending the NOC and he is giving the Bank people Mr. Rahul (mobile no: [protected]; Axis bank; Ranigang; Hyderabad) and Mr Kiran[protected] Axis bank; Ranigang; Hyderabad) but they are telling that still you need pay the Rs. 10, 000 then only we will provide you the NOC. So finally what I have to do? Please help me.
