[Resolved] Axis Bank — deducted amount | |
I have open salary account in axis bank acc no.XXX with trading account on November 2012. Axis bank representative told me that trading account is free with axis bank salary account without any extra charges. But on 30-jan-2013 axis bank deducted Rs.450 from my salary account as a opening charges of trading account. This is unfair, if they are saying that it is completely free so why they have deducted this amount. Kindly help me on this. I need my amount back. I was done a transation through IDBI BANK ATM (seelam pur) , when process is complete ATM box shows , sorry insuficient balance and after half an hour about all this i m received a msg that Rs 1500 is deduct from my account ,It is an Hourable task .
