[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Migrated o YCS

I am holding Prepaid Gift Card of Axis Bank. It had a balance of Rs 1851.36 till 17/2/2011 , but on 19/2/2011 Bank had migrated the Balance to " Account Migrated to YCS" . Also, I have got a refund of Rs. 100 from IRCTC, which I am not able to see in my account. I have called to Bank call centre, but they are not aware of this transaction also have visited to the nearest branch and they are also not aware about the same.

I am also facing the same problem the date is same as per the previous comment though the amount i remaining i different. "Account Migrated to YCS"

My Axis bank gift card is showing 0 balance with a transaction details receipt of A/c Migrated to YCS.

Can anyone please make me understand what this transaction means?
