[Resolved] Axis Bank — Relieving Letter

I have worked with Axis Bank for 2 yrs & resigned from the bank last year in Aug'10. Since then I'm following up with them for my Relieving Letter. I was not able to serve the mandatory notice period of 30days as i got a govt job. They had already recovered the penalty & dues for the same & settled my PF also. But they are not ready to give my relieving letter as according to them I'm not eligible for the same.

I have also received my relieving acceptance statement via mail from their HR Help desk. But still they are nt giving me hard copy of my relieving letter.

Kindly suggest what i can do in this situation to get my relieving letter as it has been more then 1yr now.
