[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Loan transfer Rejected without reason

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have current Plot loan at IDBI bank and I have applied for transfer that to AXIS Bank. As per bank guideline i have submitted all require document to AXIS bank and they have issued sanction letter to me. after continuous follow up with representative of bank and personal visit I come to know AXIS bank can not disburse this amount due to technical/guideline are not meeting. I have asked verbal as well as in writing to give me proper justification/reason for rejection and processing fees return. As per banking internal instruction they can not return processing fee as well as reason for rejection. after multiple follow up and file complaint in banking ombudsman they have return processing fee but they are not ready to disclosed reason. which is not acceptable.

I am looking for your help to understand valid reason and claiming harassment amount to AXIS bank.
