[Resolved] Axis Bank — opaque charges on saving account | |||
This is extract of statements I sent as complaint to Axis bank, which remains unsolved. Hi, My account is charged during month endings in a non-transparent manner. On some months is Rs 100/- then next month is Rs 200/-. I went to my bank branch and aked them to explain their charging methods and presented to them my previous sets of complaints. to my utter surprise, he replied that my atm can be used only 3 times on other bank atms, the guy could not even decipher some statement details and sought to pass them off as my mistakes for using my atm cards to pay at retail outlets. After much wrangling nearly turning physical, I was taken in by the manager. I gave a detailed complaint to manager concerned on June.21,2012. They said they would get back to me in within one week. But no response till now not even an sms or a missed call. Was this information helpful? | |||

Only one month statement given by me. June its DP consolidated charges, other months its just consolidated charges. For my demat account DP charges as per my account opening aggreement are only Rs 250 /-
