Hi,

This is Ashwinikumar Patil.

Home Loan A/c No PHR[protected].

I took a Home Loan from Axis Bank, Pune. As per Union Budget 2011-12 the consumer who tooks a Home Loan less than 25 lacs is enttiled to get the subsidy of 1% in interest payment. My Loan Amount is Rs.14,94,279/-

As when I did check with Bank on thiw subsidy, was replied they have not received any communication on this change, can you please check on this for me what is the status of this change.

Hi I have taken a home loan from AXIS Bank of Rs. 12, 00, 000/- on Nov-2010 for 20 years and Property value is Rs. 14, 00, 000/- In the 2010 Budget FM has announced 1% Rate Subsidiary let me know whether am i eligible to get 1% Subsidiary and how i get the same benefit.
