[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund of Processing Fee | |||
Dear Sir I had applied for home loan with your bank in the month of November and you had sanctioned the Loan in the Month of November2012 vise your letter no.- PH_LNPHG_FLOATING/1025029_RAC-DELHI RAC/12-13 DATED 17TH NOV 2012. I was following with you for the disbursement but every time you told disbursement is under hold. As you know it has already passed more than 6 months and our builder was unable to wait . They had asked final reminder for Payment but I am unable to give the payment as axis is not giving. I was already paid you Processing fee amounting to Rs.5618 vide cheque no-0512393 dated 11/11/12 drawn on HDFC bank Ltd. Now request you to kindly refund our payment immediately with Interest. Axis Is worst they are just taking money of commission and increasing their balance

I am also facing the same issue.
They have rejected my loan, but keeping Rs 11615 and not refunding.
This is the worst bank. I recommend nobody to provide cheque until the loan is disbursed.
