Axis Bank — unauthorised debits

dear sir/madam,
please be informed that my sb account at axis bank has been debited rs. 750/- + corresponding service charges, on 9/24/2012 and 12/29/2012 stating consolidated charges; without any authorisation or consent from me and without any prior intimation.
i wrote to the customer.[protected]@axisbank.com on 03.01.13 regarding this. the reply came to me promptly on 4.1.13 stating that the charges levied on my account are towards Quarterly Avg. Balance Charges.
further, i clarified to them on the same day stating that the debit towards Quarterly Avg. Balance Charges is totally unauthorised as no communication was sent before debiting such an amount and i have been maintaining more than rs. 5000/- balance throughout. hence, this has to be credited back immediately or else i am forced to take this matter to the grievance cell (the Acknowledgement Mail unique reference number is 5105876) for which no reply has come, so far. i sent a reminder on 10.1.13 also but to no avail.
i request you to note that this development is for only the last 2 quarters and no debits are found before this; even though the balance amount is rs. 5000/- throughout.
under the circumstances mentioned above, kindly direct the bank to credit the debited amount and its corresponding service charges immediately.
