[Resolved] Axis Bank — Amount is not credited in account after 28 days of Cash Deposit | |||
Dear Madam/Sir, I have deposited INR 4500/- in my account no-[protected] at Neru Nagar,Ghaziabad Branch of Axis Bank Ltd. on 15-Oct-2010 but the ammount is not credited in my account. For the problem i filed complain in Axis Bank Customer Care 5 Times but it is not rectefied, they gave me few numbers for Nehru Nagar branch[protected],[protected] and an email ID [protected]@axisbank.com. I have sent email with receipt of the ammount in attachment to the branch and tried to call them N number of times on phone numbers also but they dont pick phones and there is no reply of mail yet.(I am attaching stamped receipt of the ammount with the request.) Due to above problem i got lots of mental and financial problems hence requesting you to please takeup the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
