hello sir, madam my name is m.senthil nathan, i have axis bank credit card, for kindly information i was not able to pay the credit card payment for last five months because for finance problem, so im very sorry for that ... but now im getting my all the amount so i wont forget my credit card payment, sir ... you are holding my savings bank account amount is 9517, so pls release my payment because i have so many commit with that payment my a/c no is [protected], and credit card no is [protected].. so please kind full for me sir... my phone is [protected] Was this information helpful? AXIS Credit Card — CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

Dear sir/madam,

I called customer care and requested for a e statement from the mth of january and still its not been sent and my request # 246863. U have got really a very poor customer service that i have ever seen before... the Customer care executive place us on hold fopr 10 mins and they disconnected the line abruptly.
pls do something needful.

AXIS Credit Card — I paid 1500 for flight voucher but i didn't receive any voucher

Hi,

i am using axis bank credit card & Saving Account.
i did't give any instruction to credit card department to automatic deduction rom my saving account.
axis bank is collecting rs.1500 money from customer to provide fligt voucher but they did't send any voucher.then i stopped payment around rs. 1500 but after 3 month they pult lot of charges and deductred from my saving account.
i am plan to put case against them.please sugeest me

AXIS Credit Card — Non-sense services

I have applied for credit card in march 2011. Your agents taken all the necessary documents for the same. They have taken all my confidential documents, income tax return documents but after 6months they are denying the issuing the card due to some stupid reasons. Iam the account holder in your kuvempunagar branch. Due to your inefficient services , I have cancelled my home loan barrowing plans from your bank. I want your member to return all my documents .
