[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Stop the ECS from Bank

I ahve a policy With Bajaj, i ahve given the instruction to change the payment method from ECS to cash or DD, in return i got the letter stating ECS facility has been changed to Cash/cheque/DD but again they have deducted amount from my a/c through ECS .

What can i do for the same . it's so humiliating firstly you go in there office to submit the letter & then too they don't react .
