[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Renewal of Policy | |||
I have a 3 year old joint policy with Bajaj Allianz which in the name of me and my wife. I wanted to get name of my wife removed from this policy as i got ICICI Lombard policy for her and intimated the company more than 20 days before my policy's expiry date. They asked for scan copy of the new policy of my wife which I duely provided. After that they kept on delaying till they crossed the renewal date limit. Now they tell me that I have to get a fresh policy as earlier one has expired. I would like them to exclude my wife's and again renew the policy with immediate effect. I did get a call from Banan Allianz and the caller promised to get my complaint rectified.
I am looking forward for a quick response so that I can pay my annual premium and make my policy effective again.
