Respected Sir,
My self Chirag Kumar N. Makadia . i am an engineer. i Have your Two wheeler policy OG[protected]-00012508. i had plicy since 2007 and i regulary renewed with your good amount of NCB benifits.
you have very good follow up for the policy renewal by SMS or mail. but your organisation having shortage of polite manpower. yhis is i am telling b'coz of very bad experience with me. i have no. of follwed for the policy renewal matter & teliphonic talk with your vadodara office representative. but each time they are posponding date and tell me that : Bajaj Allianz do not have much interest for the two whiller policy Bussiness. if this is Attitude towards customer then definately i will close my all Bajaj allianz policy.
due to such long corrospondance with your organisation my policy renewal date 11 octo-2010 is over . so pl justify that for this problem who is responsible?
if you have a still little beat responsibility towards customer? pl tell me the which last date for i get NCB benifits aftre expiry date? and i[censored] have interest for this type of policy business then send your representative for the collection of renewal primium.

Ok, First off, this is the WORST insurance company ever. Our company provides general insurance from Bajaj Allianz and we have more than 400 employees. This is a warning to anyone traveling abroad with Bajaj Allianz Insurance. Their insurance is NOT accepted ANYWHERE outside India (Not sure if it is accepted in India either). They do not even have a guideline or set of instructions on how to use their useless insurance. All they provide is a freaking paper that says the validity/insurance #/policy #. Pretty damn useless. There is a toll free number for different countries but when I called them, they said they have nothing to do with Bajaj India. Please remember that when you go to a hospital abroad, they ask for a reputed Insurance company contact details. These people don't even tell you the local branch or office details in the foreign country to let the hospital know. Finally, I found out the local address and when I called them, they said I have to pay on my own and claim from India. I told them to go [censored] off. Why would I get an insurance and still pay for myself except the deductible? All said and done, I was done through the treatment and had huge bills in hand. When submitted, they did not get back to me for months. And probably never will. If you don't want to deal with these jerks, look into United India or some other reputed insurance company in your city.
