Bajaj Auto — bad service and bad reply from customer support

dear sir,

complaint number in bajaj=(CR-79990 and CR-80019)
i had purchased discover 100cc bike in November 2010 from VIP bajaj showroom,Surat.at that time company launched this bike with dull black color.then after one month company found a color feeding problem in dull black color.finally company launched all bikes in shiny black color.so my first problem is color feeding.
after purchasing of this bike i got average of 84 to 85km/ltr.after completing of my all 3 free services at Hindustan bajaj show room at Bardoli(surat) i got only 71 to 73 km/ltr average due to bad services of company mechanics.when i complaint this problem to manager to that showroom but they are given me proper reply and services.so my second problem is bad service of bajaj showroom.
now this both of problems are registered on website of bajaj and also registered on toll free number of bajaj which are given below (CR-79990 and CR-80019)these are my proof of registered complaints on my name.this both problems explained in these complaint number.
when i registered this requests they told me that your solution regarding to complain will be solved in next 72 working hours.and then i followed up to my complaints up to 10 times and also waste my time.but at that time customer care executive said that we only just forward your request to executive every time.so till now after 3 month there will be no any action is taken by company executive engineer and also not by a showroom manager(retailer)these request's status is pending and i am not getting satisfactory answer or solution regarding to my complaints.

platina125 — colour damage

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have purchase a 2 wheeler bike with gear ( platinum 125 ) on 25th july 2010 from Borivali shajanand motor,

but now it started colour removing from the body.
secound ly during morning time it found heavy jurking to engaging the gear.

kindly advice with whom i have to contact to rectify the problem in under gurantee period

Bajaj — bad effect on body

sir,
I purchase a bajaj indution cooker. After using it feeling headache.In 2-3 months falling hair also.this type problem facing all my family member who is usig it.when compaint service center.then say that no any part is defected so what can i do. you go to bajaj office near mauriya lok.i went there so they replace the same cooker.but this problem is also with this cooker.company warranty is one year.now i am not using cooker.can i return this cooker.what can i do. Please help me.
