[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Finance, Chennai — Loan discharge certificate not received | |
I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 180 motorcycle in Chennai by taking a loan vide Proposal No. 403/191140. The final amount was paid on Feb 16, 2009 and the loan was cleared. The Alwarpet office manager assured me that the final discharge letter would be sent to my Bangalore address. However, although nearly six months have elapsed, I have not yet received the discharge certificate/cancellation of hypothecation document. I have now been informed that the two-wheeler division of Bajaj Auto Finance has been shifted to Anna Salai. Nobody responds despite several calls to the new phone numbers. I have purchesed one bajaji Discover 110 CC, under Hp with M/s.Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, dated on 14-07-06, tenure of twenty four months. My agreement was terminated on 15-04-08 without any single default, but past sixteen month, I have not yet received Noc and R.C.Book to above vehicle. so kindly arrange to send Noc and RC Book .

My Name is B.Kathiresan, Proposal No.[protected]. My two wheeler No TN 21 K 2485.
I have avalied two wheeler loan in your finance in 2006. My two wheeler due closed in Apr'09 without any defaults. My problem is still i am not received my RC book. I have already enquired in your local office (chengalpet) no one is giving the proper answer to get the RC book.
Already NOC obtained from your office. I do not know why it delay to get the RC book. Please give correct way to get the RC book in month period.
