[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Finance Limited — After finance clearance post dated cheques are not returned and for that extra amount is demanded.

Dear Sir,
I Smt Banaja Ghosh, resident of 192/4B, Kasba Road, Kolkata - 700042 had purchased a sony H50 digital camera on august'08 from Sony world's Gariahat branch. Out of the full amount of the cammera's price 13000 rs was financed by the Bajaj auto Finance ltd at the park street branch.But as i stayed in the state of Orissa i needed a local address bank account so the finance taken by me against the camera is on my Uncle's name Sri Pradip Kr Basu who is a central govt employee.
accordingly the finance was for only 7 months and in the month of june'09 i cleared all the finance amount but all the payments are in due date. when the finance was cleared the cheques which was kept with the company as security was not retured by the company for the last 3 months.
And regularly harrassing us that i[censored] want the cheque then u have to pay some more amount.
