Dear Freinds I have already completed my loan tenure on lenevo laptop and the company has put the security deposit cheque and made a attempt to recover extra amount trying to cheat me i have told the same to mr desai a employee from from mumbai office and he assured that by 15-20thjuly i will recive a closure letter and the balance security deposit cheques but it has not come yet and i dont trust them as thier fradulent ways would prompt them to put another cheque once again, so i am going to the consumer court and also consult my lawyer regarding the same on 22/07/2009 any feed back will be welcome you can also join me in my campaign in exposing the syndicate involved in doing this malpractice ALSO PLEASE NOT THAT NONE OF THIER NUMBERS WORK IF YOU TRY THEM IT WOULD BE A SHEER WASTE OF YOUR ENERGY AND TIME THE NON WORKING NUMBERS ARE AS FOLLOWS [protected] MUMBAI rings only but no one picks up for lifetime tried this number of last 6 months next option is call poona and wate your money countless times on std [protected] toll free number again only does it primary job of ringing but no one lifts [protected] POONA NUMER THE EMPLOYEE SAYS THAT SIR THIS IS NOT AKRUDI OFFICE obviously a lie when we all no that this is the number of bajaj auto finance ltd and more to this he was so cold-hearted he said that this compnay is not bajaj auto finance this company is bajaj two wheeler finance so he changed the companies name to i am really shcoked that employes have the power in this compnay to change the rules, address and also the name its more shocking then anything i have ever seen or heard in my life belive me i have lost all hope whatsoever after what he said. WE ONLY DEAL IN 2 WHELLER LOANS WE DONT NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON CONSUMER DURABELS AND 2 WEEKS BACK THEY HAD AL INFORMATION THE OPERATOR IS RUDE AND DISCONNECTS THE PHONE EVERYTIME YOU CALL i am heavily now relying on the judicial system to india to look into this case and take appropriate steps to give me justice Was this information helpful? | |

I wish to inform you that, I had contacted to your several office numbers but have no response. Detail of my calls are as:
[protected] : One of the lady answers the phone call but not introduced her name. She provided another number of Mr.Yogesh Sharma.
[protected] : Mr. Yogesh sharma was not available. One other person intoduced himself as Mr.Naveen. He told me to call after 15 minutes with a reason 'server down'.
[protected] : I tried lot for the said number after 30 minutes. Every time they disconnected the call.
[protected] : I dialed the said number. The same lady picked the phone and told me that Mr.Yogesh is sitting near to her and will take your call shortly.
[protected] : I tried a lot for the same, but all in vain. Somebody is only recruited to disconnect the call.
[protected] : I dialed to the previous number again. The said lady picked the phone and now she provided another number[protected] of Mr.Arun Sharma.
[protected] : It is ridicules that this number is also disconnected by some one.
[protected] : This time the same lady gives me an another number[protected] which she clarify as a customer care.
[protected] : One more person is recruited there for disconnecting the phone calls. I am impressed !
[protected] : Finally I called up your headoffice number. One of the person, provides me a customer complaint number[protected].
[protected] : I dialed this number also. Another person picked the phone and provides me another number[protected]...
In view of above, please clarify :
1) You are sitting on a service sector and is it your service ?
2) Did you actually have any customer care number or otherwise your executives are trained to how to make fool of others?
3) Isn't it is your responsibility to send a loan schedule and other detail to the customer address ? What if somebody took illegal benefit of the same ?
4) Isn't your responsibility to inform the customer at the time of finalization of the loan & tenure ?
I request you to please provide my loan schedule urgently.
