[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd — all dues cleared, but proceed with lawsuit | |||
Hi I had taken Computer Loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. and I had paid all dues and they had sent a statement signed "All dues Completed". In spite of clearing all dues, I got a call from a Lawyer in Chennai stating that a Cheque bounce case has been initiated and NBW has been issued against me. I have not received any of the Notices nor the summons. This I believe a deliberate breech of trust and I am confused how to go forward. Karthik Was this information helpful? | |||
