[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Shocks For Pulsar 150 — DAMAGE OF SHOCKUPS WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PURCHASE | |||
I MR. SAIDAS KAUTANKAR, RESIDING AT DOMBIVLI. THANE HAD GIVEN MY PULSAR BIKE FOR SERVICING TO KANCHAN AUTO PVT LTD, PLOT NO A/129, OPP SAVTRI BAI PHULE AUDITORIUM, MIDC,DOMBIVLI (E), TEL NO -2449861/6509861, WHICH IS AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF BAJAJ AUTO SERVICES ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO AA00454490. MR GANESH WAS INCHARGE FOR THE SAID SERVICE. ON DUTY OF SERVICE HE ADVISED ME TO PURCHASE THE SHOCKUPS OF BAJAJ AUTO, FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BIKE. THE SAID PRODUCT COSTED ME APPROX RS 2000/-, WITH A GUARANTEE OF MIN 6 MONTHS. BUT THE SAME STARTED GIVING ME A PROBLEM WITHIN 18 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. ON VISITING THE SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE GRIEVANCE FOR THE FAULTY PART GIVEN, THEY CHANGED SOME SETTINGS WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT I WILL NOT FACE ANY PROBLEM FURTHER. BUT NOTHING CHANGED IT WAS STILL THE SAME, I WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE SHOCKUPS GIVEN WAS A FAULTY ONE AND COULDNT BE REPLACED. I ONCE AGAIN VISITED KANCHAN AUTO PVT LTD,ON[protected] VIDE JOB CARD NO 9711 WHEREIN THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE PART IE THE SHOCKUPS INSERTED/ I REALLY CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON, BEING AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF A BIG NAME IE. BAJAJ AUTO SERVICE, THEY ARE OFFERING SUCH RUBBISH SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMER IS A REALLY SHAME ON THE COMPANY'S NAME. I HAVE WAISTED NOT ONLY MY MONEY (ON SERVICING & ON PARTS), BUT ALSO THE TIME AND ENERGY ON GETTING THIS THING SORTED OUT. IS THIS HOW BAJAJ AUTO SHOULD BE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS? AND ARE THESE DEALERS REALLY RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY TO KEEP INTACT THE PRESTIGE OF BAJAJ AUTO. I AM REALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN AND THE UNWANTED TALKS THE DEALERS GIVE TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS JUST TO INCREASE THEIR COMMISISION. I REALLY WANT TO GET THIS ISSUE SORTED, AND MY MONEY BACK. ALSO THE COMPANY SHOULD BE REIMBURSING ME WITH THE DAMAGE WHICH HAS CAUSED TO MY BIKE DUE TO THE INSERTION OF THE SHOCKUPS. THESE SHOCKUPS WERE FAULTY TO THE BIKE BUT FOR ME IT HAS REALLY SHOCKED ME UP TO GET SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF BAJAJ. I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DEALER MENTIONED ABOVE. AND ALSO APPEAL THAT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE ME WITH AN ORIGINAL PART ALONG WITH THE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE EXPENSES THAT I HAD TO BEAR TO REALISE THE FAULT.
