[Resolved] Bajaj - Dealer Suryoday — Delay of delivery after full payment | |||
Hi, We wanted to purchase a Bajaj Platina-125 cc,we are staying at Mire road,so we went to our nearest dealer showroom namely Suryoday at Mira road. We have made full payment of Rs.42485/- dated:21st march 2010,cheq:776759.sbi-Kasimira branch for Platina 125 cc.It was committed by Mr.Sachin Rokade-[protected] to me that after 1 week your vehicle will get deliver with registration. Today as on 28th march 2010,wen i called him he told us that it will be deliver on 10-11th april of 2010. when we ask why it is so.. he told us many story about registration is not happening,that is why delivery will delay. I am not the single person to be suffer by Bajaj dealer suryoday at mira road.After making full and final payment they are making us full. I hope this will direct effect on Bajaj Market,if dealer will create problem like this where customer like us should go. Bajaj company is responsible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked bajaj pulsar 135cc from vasai suryoday dealer on 2nd Dec 2010 after making full payment of Rs. 58000/- and delivery was promised on 14th Dec 2010 by Mr Rajesh Singh, however the condition of the bike on delivery was pathetic. there were 4 - 5 Scratch on the body and the metal component of silencer, Shock Absorber and Disk of Tyre was rusty and side cover was on LH & Rh was loose. I have refused to take delivery until the problem is fixed. Please do suggest any further Action that can be taken against it.
