I am really disapointed to see your behaviour your person at lko branch Mr. Jitendra has called to me at [protected] and told me to deposite the amount of EMI manually presently i am at jaipur next day i submitted my EMI at Jaipur Bajaj office, after that i have confirm to jitendra Ph no. [protected] for that after that mr. saurabh account branch call me from account department and suggest me to stop the payment of my cheque which is present to in favour of bajaj finance, i am really shoked to hear that and try to call to mr. jitendra but he didn't pic the phone after lot of try i make a call to lucknow office they told me that they put a mail to his office and this payment is stop from their end but today i have seen my account details this amount has deducted.
So Kindly take it serious you are deling with the public kindly refund this money other wise i will go to RBI and media also for that.

as ihave got my bike loan through our finance, and my bike number is TN09-AV-9381.my ECS was in icici bank, and now i had given a cheque swapping, before two monthsto my another bank account in BANK OF INDIA.your staffs said that it will effect from september, but last month they passed the ECS in icici bank, without any notification, even i submitted all my ECS documents of BANK OF INDIA TO UR BRANCH.but last month after passing your ECS through icici bank, i went to the branch and enquired about this and they said, from october it will be presented to BANK OF INDIA. but still i did not receive any of your responce and i did not got back my old icici bank cheques, even if i call to your branch, no one pickup the phone, my place is too far to your branch that i can't go directly all the times.i am help less.what to do? i never want my ECS to be bounced.because i am planning to close my icici bank account. please do the needfull and help ur customer let him happy.

Dear Sir,

Recently I have taken consumer loan from your company towards purhcase of computer. I have taken the same on my company name Iris Services and given cheque for RS.4766 towards EMI The same is EMI is geeting cleared throug our account at Axis Bank Ltd, Namkpally Branch. I would like to know the rest of instalments and need a statement from date of loan disbursement till date to my mail account. This is very urgent.
