[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd — Extra EMI

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop and I took a loan from Bajaj Finance for that. when I purchased the laptop I paid 5 EMIs as down payment and they said that 7 EMIs are left. I'm paying the EMI, till now I have paid 4 EMIs. then 3 EMIs are left. but now they are saying that 4 EMIs are left. I told them that I paid 5 EMIs as down payment and till today I have already paid 4 EMIs. after a hot discussion, the concerned person told me that this is their system fault, but still I have to pay 4 EMIs instead of 3 EMIs. Please suggest what should I do? I want to close the loan right now by paying them the rest 3 EMIs in cash. Please help.

I had purchased the Laptop of Compaq from Jumbo Electronics Gurgaoon from Ambience Mall on 24/01/2009 and taken the option of Finance from Bajaj Finance. And the name name of the Executive who had done my Finance is Sumit and he had told me that there will be 30 EMI of Rs 1300 Each. And now they are deducting Rs 1700 as EMI from my Account. I have tried to contact the Executive but he is not giving me any satisfactory answer and also he is not giving me the correct Custormer Care Number of Bajaj Finance. The number which he had given me is [protected] and when I am dialing this number I am not getting any response. The Phone number of the Guy who had finaced my Laptop is [protected]. Please help

i took a bike by finance bajaj one year ago but i change my home address and mobile no.i lost ur address also to make my emi.plz took my mobile no [protected].

My A/c. No.[protected] from above mention finance company. I have purchase samsung fridge from Mapra electronic (newpanvel).Even after completed my all instalment they have taken 01nos. extra EMI.& another loss as per bellow mention. I have given all my detail to there pune branch off. to(Pramod kale &sagar pingle) & there bombay off.(Suresh salve (area manager) ).I have told them I am a human right (co. president) of kalomboli city & i am going to go to consumer court , even then they are not responding me. that's mean they don't want to return my money.
My loss is as mention
a)01 extra EMI (10.05.09) - 775
b)On 20.04.09 without information they have transacted
ECS from IDBI and cheque bounce & bounce charges is - 225
c)Due to above mention bounce charges my two weller
EMI cheque bounce(sowing in sufficent ballance)on 05.05.09 - 225
d)Due to this problem i have to pay late fee charges
of two weller(HDFC) - 400

My total loss -1625 + my intrestcharges + etc.

had purchased the Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSI from Bajaj Showroom from Wakdewadi on OCT 2007 and taken the option of Finance from Bajaj Finance.which is 1st installment date is 15/11/2007 last emi date is 15/08/2009 22 EMI of Rs 1591 Each. And now they are deducting Rs 1591 extra EMI from 15 sep 2009 & 15 oct 2009 my Account.
So pls guide me properly refund me my money.
