[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — Complaint against invalid purchase | |||
I am Varad Kashmire, basically from Nashik but since 4 years living in Pune due to profession. On 29-May-2013, I received a call on my cellphone from Bajaj Finance saying that I have made a purchase of LCD TV on 5-Apr-2012 at Pune and I am still due the amount nealry Rs.38000 Actually I never had bought a TV and neither I am a customer of Bajaj Finance nor made any purchase on the above said date. Still Bajaj Finance is saying I am valid customer holding an account with them and they have my copy of id-cards also Bajaj Finance is saying today i.e. 29-may-2013 is final day for payment failing which they will arrest me. Infact they have never called me before for this matter. What should I do ? I have to make a payment of nearly 38000 now ...but how I will get back my money ? Bajaj Finance — Information Misuse
Hello,Some one is misused my address & Contact info to get this loan, i want the details to register a police compliant against them
The loan agreement no is 4040CD00035098.
I do not have any BOI bank account.
My genuine loan loan number is 4040CD[protected] for which i have cleared 3 EMI & I have 5 pending, mine is not ECS but PDC.
I have visited Bangalore office personally to make a compliant, they said they will get back by 1 week, but so far no one is got back to me.
Can someone provide me the information of this guy who has taken the loan for me to take further action.

now my problem is so many time yr bajajfinance sending me msg User ID & Password, I dont understand wy they r sending me a userID & password me again & again. I have not currently taken any loan from yr bajaj finance. You r requested to dont send me pw & ID again & again

Since legal advisor of Bajaj Finance has petrified me and my family, and since we dont know much about legal complexities, I havepaid the due amount nealry 38000 to the fraud loan account at Bajaj Finance.

The Legal advisor said over phone that they will arrest me oin case I do not pay the due amount..
It seems someone has misused my document and did the fraud.
Please give me some contact no. of department of Bajaj Finance which handles fraudulent activites and such critical issues.
Local branch office is not co-operating as it should be.

I am expecting your serious attention to this issue and take necessary action .
Otherwise I have to file a case against Bajaj Finance for not doing the proper business, didn’t traced the correct account validations and further un-necessarily terrifying me and my family to get the money.

Once again I clear that In my entire life, I am not a customer of Bajaj Finance, I dont have any account with them and I never had a business with them nor I purchased any LCD TV ..
The biggest mistake I made is because of the phone from Legal advisor from Bajaj, my family get scared, and to save my family my father did the payment to Bajaj Finance towards the fraud transaction...
Now, I am Expecting quick reply and co-operation from Bajaj Finance to find the fraud person

There has been problem in its working since the very first day.
I've complaint about the problems at the Value Plus Store
and also at the Costumer Care of Onida - [protected]/[protected],
but there has been no response.
So, i need the Onida Home Appliances to please see to the problems or either change the Air Conditioner.
