[Resolved] Bajaj Pulsar 150 — Bad Service @ Popular Bajaj Service Center Koramangala | |||
Hi Sir, I serviced my bike at Popular Motor Corporation (Bajaj Service), #597, 8th Block Nagappa Reddy Layout, Koramangala, Bangalore -95. Before leaving it for servicing, since the battery was down, the horn was not working until I start my bike. But on run, bike's horn was perfectly working. This was already discussed with a person named Ajith. After servicing, I observed that horn is not working. I went back to the service center stating my problem.The reply was, since the problem was stated on the job sheet, they had to open the horn switch and check what has gone wrong. Fine, but they didn't had the spare. So, this made the horn to stop working completely. At least they should be in a situation to bring it back to the original state. After lot of arguments, I ended up with a question! My question was "Why did they touch the switch when they don't have the spare with them?. They had my mobile number, they could have informed about this to me. One more thing to be stated, though I am not a mechanic, I believe a general bike service includes tightening the brakes (both front and back), tightening the chain, smearing break fluid to clutch lever, water wash and finally recharging the battery. Believe me, I could find only the water wash was done properly thats all. The back break is still in the same condition, the chain adjustment is not done properly, the clutch lever is not smeared with greece etc. Even then I had to pay Rs 918. I could have got it serviced at any private serviced stations properly. I have learnt a good lesson. I would never ever recommend POPULAR MOTOR (BAJAJ SERVICE) KORAMANGALA. Yes, I agree also, I have given my service before and there was no change after the service. No proper explanation. They charge very heavily. I regret buying bajaj instead of hero honda bike now. I didn't face these issue with hero honda bike.
I accept with Praveen, Popular Bajaj Service at koramangala is the worst service center. I have similar experience with them, Without my knowledge and acknowledgement they opened my bike engine. I noticed it later. My bike performance is gone low. Mine was the first pulsar when they introduced. It had very good performance, these people degraded it. I started servicing with the local mechanics.
Popular Bajaj Service KORAMANGALA - here these people are irresponsible, lacking in their expertise and just swindle money.
Not worth servicing your bike with them. Your bike deserves better people.

I accept praveen 2months back I went for my pulsar 150 service mechanic had a trial driving and he listed the problems on job sheet I didn't ever feel while driving those many problems in my bike and estimation he had given 10000rs I got shocked and not agreed to do service, after 15 days I went again another mechanic checked my bike and I asked him to fix my handle vobbling and he has given 5000 estimation I am wondering how come 5k reduced in 15 days here we came to know how mechanics are cheating customer
After service I was having same problem with handle and I went back 3 times to the service and I asked to fix it but no use ever time taking bike inside adjusting handle later I went to local mechanic he noticed that wheel bend is their and he advice me to take it to jc road.
Koramangala Bajaj service personals are not able to find a problem in bike but they good for working in billing counter. Worst experience
