From Purchase Date to[protected], I have done my Bike Servicing with the Authorized Dealer Suman Autos. But, Suman Autos is so many Distance from my Residence. So, I have to spend full day for one time Servicing with Suman Autos. In this Reason, I have find out one your authorized Dealer near about my home as - D.K. AUTO,

MAIN DADRI ROAD, SALARPUR, BHANGEL, NOIDA, G.B. NAGAR - UP. Is it situated from my Home only 2 KMs.



So, I start servicing with this Authorized Dealer from the date of[protected]. I have done last 2nd. service with D.K. Auto on this date with 80% satisfaction. I have also gone for Last Service on the date of[protected]. Is it the 2nd. Service with D.K. Auto's. I handed over my Bike at Morning 11.00 O. Clock, after Checked and test drive done by the Mechanics and also Filling up the 'Job Card' for the Complaint of - DISC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE HEAD LIGHT TO BE TIGHT. After that, they have Signed the Job Card by me and taking my bike for Servicing. They have given me time to Picking up the Bike after 14.00 PM. So, I gone to Picking Up My Bike at 17.30 PM (Approximate).



When I want to take off my Bike from them after giving the Tookon of Job Card, They told me that the Head Light of my Bike was Broken. I asked to know, How it was Happened ?. They told me, It was Happend Before Handed Over the Bike for servicing. I told them, it is not possible. When I given the Bike for Servicing, The Bikes Head light was 100% OK.



And also I searching about the Head Light Physically, I find out So Many cracking on The Head Lights Assembly and also find on Meter Glass is Broken very Poor condition. I attached all of PHOTOS OF MY 'BIKES BROKEN HEAD LIGHTS' . Please Find out the attachments and Checked also the "Job Card" Pic.



I told them it is happened after Handed over the Bike to you. They were not accepted my complaint and also the Owner - Mr. Man Singh, They are refused to me for my Bike Service. I holds two days for assemble my Bike's Head Lights Properly. They were not accepted. I also Checked by others customers whoes were Presents at the time. The Customers also told them, it is happend on servicing time. Because, it is look like as new Broken Condition. But they were not accepted. I have done also so many Request to them, but they were not accepted. After that, I Picking up my Bike from them as Broken condition and Dropped it in my home as failure.



I attached all of Broken Pictures, please find out the Pictures and kindly send any body to check out the condition Properly. I want to clear all of queries by authorized Person. I wait for your Further action. I already Send you all Details By Requesting before this. But, I have not received any action from your department. So, I also 3rd. time requesting you to take action Immediately and get back to me through writing or Contact my direct Number - [protected].

Dear sir,
In the month of December 09th my bike Bajaj Pulsar 150cc (black) was making an abnormal noise so I went to a Bajaj Authorized service center M/s MANGUESH MOTORS, Near Sanman Hotels, Ground Floor, Vaddem, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa-403802. I was very happy that I got the best place to repair my bike. I always prefer authorize service center for my bike. So I handed over the bike to the engineer. The engineer told me the problem was from engine andt the problem was of block piston, clutch bell, bearings etc. and according to the engineer was suppose to be replaced.The estimate of repairing given to me was Rs.2, 500/- .
However despite the date of delivery promised within 3 working days, the bike was delivered after 5 days. However these 5 days were quite tormenting, as the concerned engineer Mr Pravesh (kindly note)kept ignoring my calls and didn't give me any feedback as to what is the status and progress of work done. According to him the part was not available in his office and had to place an order for the spare. But at the time of giving the bike for servicing he said the part is available in Madgaon and the bike will be ready in 3 days.
The charges which I want to place against him are:
(a) False date to delivery promised to the customer.
(b) The remarks made by him" I was annoyed by you that is why I didn't pick up your call" How can a service dealer make such a statement.
(c) Poor servicing offered and pathetic means of communication estabilished with the customer.

It is requested to you to kindly take stern action against such dealers to avoid any inconvenience to the customers in the future and also ensure customer satisfaction.
I'm having Avenger 200 CC jan 14 2009 Model.
I'm facing problem in my bike from july of Starter plate which I changed Yesterday (17 dec 2009 ) but still there is a loud hollow noise coming from engine side...
I service my bike from TCS Bajaj Faridabad but I'm not Satisfy with the service they are doing ...
They Charge me full but the Output comes is not even worth of the half rate of service...
please let me know what will I do ..
do I move to consumer court or what ...
My Heart feel pain when I listen thet noise even after so much of care ...

my Bajaj caliber115 many times silencer damaged what i do
I am facing lot of problem with suman bajaj after my 5th servicing. My all mobile oil flow after servicing.
When I have reported a complain they just take it hell.
May be my engine will damage.
So be careful along with suman bajaj service center.It's really frustrating.

Dear Concern

As i am one off your customer since last 2002 onwards (More than 8 years), as i bought a vehicle from your brand model “Boxer CT” in the year 2002 and it helps me a lot which is uncountable in my life till now and I don't have any major issues like engine problem, etc with that till now except one or minor problem, as well as I am very much comfortable with Bajaj out comings due to their well versed service.

Further to that, as a very big lover of Bajaj bikes, I had bought a new Pulsar 150CC last 2 months before that is exactly on 10/01/10 from my home nearby Bajaj sales and service sub dealer namely SRI AMBAL MOTORS, NO. 253/106, PAPER MILLS ROAD, PERAVALLUR, Chennai = 600 082. PHONE –[protected],[protected].

As it is a OUT-LET OF SAKTHI BAJAJ based at Purasaiwakkam, Chennai.

Even from the delivery of vehicle from the show room itself, i am facing problem with that bike. Initially within one day after took the vehicle i had faced a problem due to the Oil leakage in front right side fork and disk brake also not working properly and i had complaint this to that showroom personnel namely Mr. Gopi, he took the charge and ask me to get the vehicle to the showroom. I have done that so and he told that it is not oil leakage as there is a crake in right side front fork itself due to that only the oil is leaking front that and disk brake also problem, and he had taken that vehicle to the main dealer (Sakthi motors) and did some work which I don’t know in a very very slow process.

And after one week that is on 30/01/10 (after 5 days) he returned my bike, however disk is not working properly in that time also and he said that due to this oil releasing only this problem raised. I agreed that in that moment and taken my bike to my home.

Later, day by day disk is working in that same manner without any improvement. It is working like a normal brake and not in a disk manner. I have complaint this to that showroom in charge Mr. Gopi “n” number of times and he had given the same response and I had complaint this in my first service which I had leaved to the showroom on 07/02/10.

He ask me to change the disk plate instead of rectifying the problem himself, I had done that so with my money but the problem is not rectified and the disk is working like a regular bike instead of Pulsar disk brake. The famous for the Pulsar is that disk brake only from my point of view, however the same is not happened to my bike (Pulsar 150 CC).

The other solution he (Mr. Gopi) has given me stating that he will change the disk set when the new vehicle will arrive to the show room instead of taking the matter to the main dealer (Sakthi Motors).

Its seems that he is doing this kind of interchange of original parts from the new vehicles within the showroom itself without intimating to the main dealer or Bajai service station to rectify the problem permanently. This may happened from my bike also earlier with the other bike where he has sold.

Still I am waiting for the change of Disk set for my bike (even more than 60 days passed away.

These kind of irresponsible approaches from the bad dealer’s and sub dealer’s are spoiling the Goodwill of the BAJAJ name in public regularly.

Hence I request you to kindly treat this matter at the earliest and look into my problem (DISK CHANGE) with the respective dealer and sub dealer so as to re-change the entire disk set.

I have paid full money for Bajaj Avenger thru cheque to Rahul motors C/O Mr. ramshankar, Address Sambhaji Nagar, Near Hanuman Mandir, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Akurli Road Mumbai, Maharashtra 400101, India
[protected] on 13th february. He promised me to deliver the bike within 7 days. Today it has been 47 days and I have not received by bike yet. He is making excuses. Now he does not even pick up my calls and if I goto his center; he does not meet me. I want to lodge a complaint against him for cheating. can you please help what should be done in this case? I am stuck badly. He is not even returning my money now.
Dear Sir i have been getting my bike serviced by your company for past 3 years regularly but to my dismay i repent a lot on it what i get in return is a engine seize after just 2 months of service where all the components like air filter and stuff were replaced still this was not supposed to happen fault has to be at your end in doing justified servicing of my bike, i did not expect this from you people a lot of disappointment and frustration.

SUMAN AUTOS ARE NOT ONLY DOING THESE THINGS BUT YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW THEY STEAL BETTERIS FROM BIKES AND THEN BEHAVE LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS A FOOL.

I COMPLAINED THE SAME TO BAJAJ AUTO, BUT THEY ALSO NEVER TURNED BACK.

THE PERSON FROM SUMAN AUTO SAID YOUR BETTERY IS NOT CHARGED SO YOU TAKE YOUR BIKE AND IT WILL BE CHARGED WITHING 3 4 DAYS. I CAME BACK HOME AND GOT BUSY IN JOB AND EVEN AFTER TWO WEEKS WHEN I FOUND THAT MY BETTERY IS NOT RESPONDING, I THOUGHT OF GOING TO BETTERY DEALER AND SOME MORE DAYS GONE BY.

BUT AFTER THREE WEEKS WHEN I ACTUALLY OPENED THE SIDE BOX I FOUND THAT ACTUALLY MY BETTERY IS NOT THERE.
SUMAN AUTO LINGERED MY COMPLAINT FOR TWO WEEKS AND SAID WE ARE SEARCHING BETTERY. AFTER THAT THEY SAID WE COULDNT FIND IT, YOU MUST HAVE LOST OTHERWISE OR ITS STOLEN FROM YOUR PLACE.

WILL ANYBODY CHECK HIS BETTERY WHILE IN SERVICE, ITS A COMMON TRUST THAT WE WOULD GET OUR THINGS FITTED IN BIKE WHEN WE GET THE DELIVERY.
