[Resolved] Berg Electric Tandoor / AVA Merchandising — Damaged Product Recieved | |
I had placed an order of Berg Electric Tandoor through Tata Sky Offer of AVA Merchandising on 2nd August 2009, order no. CC13, despite a delivery commitment of 14 days, recieved the product on 24th August through Elbee Courier. On opening the product it was found that the product was damaged, both handles were broken. I had registered a complint on the same day with a commitment from the customer care executive that the product would be picked up within 7 days and a new product would be delivered within the next 7 days. Till date the damaged product has not been picked up and the customer care executive are only giving false commitments to me, and most impotantly for the last few days i have been trying to call the 2 no.'s available to me but despite rings no one is picking up the phone, the no.'s available with me are[protected] and[protected]. One more thing that is surprising is that a company like Tata who focusses only on customer satisfaction is associating itself with companies like AVA who in return are misguiding its customers.
