I am experiencing the issue of excess electricity billing from past 1.6 yrs
Everytime when I complain the issue will be taken care of for the next bill cycle and after that it's again back to square one with additional tariff.
I seriously think the employees do some goofup while taking the meter reading . I stay alone and spent most of my time outof the house and when I compare my bill with my neighbours bill I get surprised seeing the double figure.
I really needs this to be checked.

My energy bill for the month of August 2018 was not sent to the canara bank for ECS payment. I got an e mail from BESCOM that the payment was not made . I immediately paid the amount on at Bangalore One Malleswaram.. I complained to the bank and they the said the bill was not received. This month October Bescom has levied Rs 3 as interest for no fault of mine . The fault is with bescom because they did not send the bill to the Canara Bank. Please deduct Rs 3 from the next months bill.
