Dear Sir, I have been facing the unnecessary charges as “64611030DWN_PRM”. AS per my knowledge I am facing this problem from past 6 months and still this is continuing still. When were I gave a call they have refunded my amount. I have several time walk down to the airtel outlet and wasted the whole day, mainly times I gave the mobile to check and confirm that I do not have any of the setting related to the Masala or WAP enabled services. Even I am also having the same problem. I don't know what to do. If Airtel is not taking care of this type of problem as RED FLAG then we must switch over to other service provider.

my land line no;[protected], i have internet connection, but i did not get telephone bill and also a internet bill both hard and soft coppies for the last two months, pl send the copies immediately.thank u
