Bharti Airtel Limited — Harassment

We asked for approval to provide [protected] as a new activation as we have almost all numbers of same digits & till yet number was not been activated to anyone else, regarding the same we were being in receipt of call of Ms. Hemlata & mail of Ms. Rkha Kesharwani but its almost one and half month gone, how much time airtel use to take for a new activation to existing customers? Previously only complaints were not being rectified and now company is not able to provide new connections also. Your company is harassing us from so long and this is already creating so bad impact in our corporate world of Bharti Airtel Limited, now don’t know how long this will go.

What is the part of Airtel Presence if that is also as like nothing to do with?May be this is only to show people that yes we are eager to resolve problems but not genuinely doing so.

Mr A K Mehrotra, You are very much right Airtel presence is of no use. They are completing a formality from Company side. As in punjabi, : Panchon ka kaha sir mathhe, parnala uthe the uthe. They cannot do any thing. Yes you can aware your friends & relatives by forwarding the following matter.
Airtel Mobile company is providing cheap & new schemes daily.
Do you know how is it doing so ? What is the secret?
One more question.
Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
This is one of the secrets of above question.
Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
*Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
You can check it like this.
1. Send ' STOP' to 121
(HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
"The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "
1...
2...
3...
4...
5...
6...& so on

You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.
REPLY '1'
You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.
REPLY '1'
Follow these steps untill you get a message that.
" Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number."
*After this send one more message to activate DND like this
'START space 0 to 1909'
You will get a message to confirm
Reply 'YES'

At first I would like to thanks someone for his/her valuable time to spent for putting a comment against my complaint but, this is a matter in-between me & my service provider and I am saying this cause I tried to get connected with http://www.narindraworld.com but it is not located anywhere on whole pages of INTERNET so basically this is a wrong or fake portal address.

Secondly, every company have good or bad both impact on clients but it doesn’t meant that company is useless or worst, as everything could not be software based, even after usage of computers we still need to do certain works manually & anyone could make mistake in that, if any subscriber got problem by deduction of any kind of money than he/ she could ask customer care officer to credit the same again in his/ her account if customer care officer is not giving importance or still it remains unresolved than subscriber could approach to nodal officer if from there also not satisfied than could approach to appellate officer.

These are the company’s official departments, but still if issue remains unresolved or it is not genuine than there is DOT/ MRTPC/ MCIT/ CORE etc. other judicial authorities to get it resolved but if we just use to say that company is worst or if we just use portability it is not a solution, cause in other service provider also we shall face any kind of difficulties as no one in this world is perfect, but it doesn’t mean that we should bare illegal or unfair trade practice with us, we have to move legally or as per law designed for us & company both.

End should be there if issue gets resolved with the same company or client, not if we should run from our responsibilities.

I am extremely sorry if any of my words hurt anyone but I really didn’t meant to do so.

Thanks for your reply. Please note that www.narindraworld.com is live still on web pages. Please search NARINDRAWORLD on Google. You will find my address. I have given openly my email id also. I have a retail shop in Kurukshetra Haryana. Daily I am told by my customers about Airtel behaviour & deductions by this company. So I started awaring my clients also. About Airtel presence you go through all their presence, No doubt they are present every where ! Thanks once again
That was not working that's why I said its wrong may be, and I was not sure cause may be it was not opening due to server load thats why I used word "MAY BE" and This is fine if you are spreading awareness about rights of consumers or ways to get problems get resolved. This is nice if you have so much care about your customers. It was nice to know about this.

I just replied cause comment was particular for “Airtel” Only even I am using mostly services of all operators & found that every service provider have certain problems which their customer have with them,

So that’s why only I said that now customer have to argue for his/ her right if he/ she is right on his/ her part genuinely.
