[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Limited — Improper Service | |||
our organisation using Airtel PRI + DSL Lines from one month. airtel sales person commite more promises to use but when the line has been installed its diffrent from his commitement. we launch a complent to customer care on same day and cancel the DSL line on same day of the installation and send respective mail to airtel for cancellation the DSL and reduce plan and for that they are redy fro the same. after few days I again contact to customer care and the sales manager regarding status but they are not ready to give proper responce and support Was this information helpful? | |||

i have forgotten my user id and password on www.Airtel.in.
so i am not able to see our daily usage of DSL line.(Broadband connection)
