[Resolved] Big Bazaar — LUCKY DRAW PRICE NOT DELIVERED | |||
I am writing this complaint after repeated visit to outlet at Gomti Nagar-Lucknow in Riverside Mall. I purchased goods which was worth greater than ₹ 1201, as a result i was given lucky draw coupon. I got a call from future group in the month of july 2012 that i have won T24 talktime worth ₹ 1000 in a lucky draw and I have to visit store to get my T24 recharge done. I provided my T24 number-[protected] also. Then i visited the store where customer care informed me that my recharge will be done after 7 days as the list has gone to HO for validation. I again visited after 7 days and customer care informed me that list has been validated and number will be recharged within 7 days. I again visited after 7 days to know that still list is not finalized and it will take some more time. Again next week i visited the store and i came to know that person who will do recharge is not available and will be available after 10 days. Hi i am geetha from bangalore, i got a call from country vacation that i won a gift coupon dropped in big bazar, when i saw the complaints section in country vacation so many people got calls like this and they are calling for their membership and not giving any gifts.Why are you taking details from the people and making them fools by giving their details to the other purposes.please don't do this and don't waste the time .
