[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Supply delay | |||
On 22/03/12 I visited local BIG BAZAR outlet situated at Gangulybagan,Orbits Mall, 82,Raja S.C.Mullik Road, Kolkata-700084 and booked one 1.5 ton Split Air conditioner, Brand-Hitachi,Model No. RAU5171SD - vide Receipt No.0003414 ,Home Delivery Request Slip No.512 & Bill No.T/3/47301 dated 22/03/2012.At the time of booking they have assured me and mentioned in the delivery slip also that the machine will be delivered within next 15 days but I am sorry to inform you that till date they have not supplied the machine even after my regular personal follow up.Local BIG BAZAR out let complain cell is not at all cooperative and they are unable to give exact position of supply. Meanwhile I have send two complaints dated 17/04/12 & Reminder dated 20/04/12 to their customer care service mail id “[protected]@futurebazaar.com “but they are also not responding.M/S. HITACHI was also informed through their customer care service network on 20/04/12.It is more than a month and I am very much worried because I have already paid them full amount.The total value of the machine was Rs.40990.00,.
