BIG FLIX — Cheated me and taken money from my credit card

I took a new Zync 7"inch tab and it had this application called Big Flix Installed in it. They gave me a free voucher to view movies online for 1 month for free. However i had to validate the voucher number by paying them Rs.1/- . However after i paid Rs.1/- this application was supposed to be activated but it never worked on my Tab not PC and i had to uninstall the same and written emails to big flix customer care stating this app was not working. They failed to respond. Now i am getting charged Rs.249/- mothly rental without my permission / notice on my credit card. When i approached the bigflix customer care they are stating that the amount cannot be reversed and that i need to use this service on a different android phone or my PC. This is a stupid / fake website and many people have got cheated i guess, even me now. I would post this compliant in new paper as well as my father works in the press.
