Big Tv Dth — Service terminated before free subscription period

I have purchased DTH equipment on[protected] with One year subscription free from Big TV delear. During December I have recharged Rs 500/- for activating Sports pack and Movies for 3 months.

My DTH services were disconnected on Jun 6th 2009, when I checked with Big TV Call Centre (After several attempts I got through, 3 times I was told that the systems are under up gradation and no data is available to verify) to my surprise I was told that the system is installed on 8th of Sep -2009 (I have the installation report and Purchase invoice dated[protected] and the free subscription is for 6 months only. I am unable to understand the logic if it is installed on 8th Sep with 6 months free subscription, it would have expired on 7th March 2009 how come I was getting the service till 6th Jun 2009 with addition top ups activated during Dec 2008 on recharge of Rs. 500/-?



My Experiance with Big TV call centre agents is horrible while speaking to them. Some examples to state 1) I was told I have not recharged any thing and I was “enjoying” the services. when i forced them 3 times they verified the data and said recharge was done for Rs. 500/- during December 08.
2) When I asked for manager to escalate, The call was transferred to another agent and I was told managers were busy and they cannot spare any time for me.
3) when insisted further one lady came in line confirmed the same as mentioned above that my free subscription period was 6 months and I need to contact the dealer. She could not answer the logic of 6 months and why the services were extended till 6th Jun ?. I had to spend 50 Mins on the Phone call to make them hear on my unresolved problem.

I am frustrated with Big TV support and the way they deal with customer, I have a feeling that they are cheating customers to the core.

I request them through this forum to resolve the issue at the earliest.
