Big TV DTH — Indifferent attitude of the organization

I bought the set top boxon 02/09/2008 and registered with the customer care on 03/09. They said it will be installed within 48 Hrs. But there is no action. I have telephoned the customer care not less than 60 times. They keep on repeating the same words and never attempt to escalate the issue. Frustrated, I sent three e-mails. Still no response. Then I sent a complaint to their corporate office at Navi Mumbai thro courier last week spending Rs.110/-. They have not even acknowledged. This is the plight of a customer .If this is the kind of care they are offering before installation I wonder what it would be like after installation. I have never come across such carelessnes with any other organisation. I would advise those who intend to go in for BIG TV
to be careful and confirm reg. installation before making the payment.

Big TV DTH — closing complaints without resolving them

30 days After the installation Big TV I lost all the channels. I bought 1 year BigTV subscription and recharged with another 400RS (2190rs package for 1 year+400 rs recharge coupon). Now I am getting only Gyan Darshan and the Cinema Preview channel. All other channels are asking to pay or subscribe. daily i am calling to customer after 15 days they told your complaint is closed but problem is not solved. Already 20 days are over. Worst Customer Service from Big TV DTH.

I have installed a Big TV DTH system in my house some times in first week of nov.08 in village Ratan pur, Distt. Dehradun, Uttarakhand, smart card no.[protected] . This system stopped functioning since 8pm of 15.11.08. I have made several complains to your Dehradun office/representatives on the following nos. [protected], , [protected], [protected] and Dehradun office no.[protected]. Some one told me that do that, this that and it will set right. After doing all this they assured me to attend the complain. But since then no one came to attend the complain. I personally went in your Dehradun office on 18.11.08 at 10.30 am and lodged a complain. But till 12.30 a.n. of 19.11.08 no attended visited the site.
I am surprised to know that I have made complain on your free toll no.[protected]on 17.11.08 at 11.49 .I gave all the details i.e. smart card no. address etc to your operator but all in vein. On 19.11.08 at 11.25 am I again phoned on the same no. One of your attended noted the complain and told me that there is no record of your previous complain. I requested him to give me the complain e. mail no. of the company . He compelled me to say on phone for more than three minutes for this purpose but did reply then disconnect the phone You have shown no.[protected] toll free no..but call charges were deducted from my mobile no.[protected] on 17.11.08.
It is surprising that Company like reliance is doing such type of behavior with its consumers. Will you please look into the matter and let me know that whether this company is reliance's sister concern or fraud. Because company like reliance can no do such behaviour with their customers as it is being done.

I TAKE BIG TV IN 20th oct, in 27th its setup box dead(not work), i made complain in 27th oct, but automatically it sove in 10th nov with out contact us, again i made complai within 2 days its solve with out knowing problem, no person is ready to take responsibilty of this matter, till dat 30 days has been made and i has been rec. 5 complain no that all till date has been solve, but actually not solve, and co.(big tv)s not ready to refund our money, v r frustrated from last 1month.and v also dont know what s going on.

Big TV DTH — no channel coming

i also recharge my account Dt-27/01/2009 & request for Starter Pack 3, Hindi Movie channel & Marathi Channel But My request not complited after 2 days so please help us for

Big Tv customer care services are worst. Inspite of getting recharge coupn, its asking for money(Rs.) for each channel. When we check at customer care they dont have answer to this problem and everyday they promise to resolve the problem within 4 hrs. Till date many 4 hrs have passed but that hour seems to be far away when we will watch Big Tv again.

Big TV DTH — BAD SERVICE OF BIGTV

1. Deactive kar wane par bi customer ka balance (-) Minus me hota rahta hai.
2. Starter-1 par koi scheme nahi aati, na hi koi naya channel add hota hai. Sirf Starter-2/3 or Premium
pack par hi scheme aati hai.
3. Medium Family ko koi bi labh nahi hota.
4. Last day jab Big Tv ke customer se Rs. Nil Hote hai to service band nahi hoti, balki use (-) me kiya
jata hai, jo galat hai, yaha service band kar deni chaiye or jo again recharde karwata hai usi ki
service again restart honi chaiye.
5. Big tv software me new account balance show nahi karta.
6. Bigtv dth me mobile se Rs. nahi dalte.

Big TV DTH — Pathetic customer care

I have no hesitation to say that BIg TV is the worst call centre and technical support department which I have ever come across.

My account has been suspended because of some wrong calculations at thir end. It is suspended rom alst 3 days. I have made 6 calls to this call centre. And everytime, all the people including supervisors have 1 crammed message to say" we have forwarded teh request to technical department". Nothing is happening from last 3 days.Can someone look at it and save me from this agony..

Also, let me tell you that if this continues, Big TV is going to be a big failure, I have already stopped 3 of the customers to purchase it and go to Airtel DTH looking at this pathetic service...

Big TV DTH — set top box is hanged frequently.

I got my new BigTV DTH connection Installed on 25th may'09 at my residance K-134, Shivalik Nagar, BHEL, Hardwar ( Uttranchal ) . Since than it is giving regular problem of Signal interruption and hanging . Some time vedio stops and only sound keep coming. Today service center person has replaced the new Set top box with a old Set top box but the problem still persist. He also says that some time this problem comes and there is a problem with these Chinese made Set top box. I ask him than why have you change the set top box. He has no answer .

May somebody in Reliance will like to look after this problem.

i have subscribed bigtv-dth.my complaint is that BIGTV is not giving DD channels.
i know that it is compulsory to give DD channels.but even after complaining i am not getting all DD channels.

BIG TV — no regional channels are coming after 1 yr subscription

Sir,
1 year subscription got over. But according to Government rules, they should provide reginol TV channels free of cost for next 6 months even though i do not continue subscription.
But i am not able to tune to any of the reginol channels. :(

please help me out , whom to contact on this.

i have purchased bigtv last sept 09 paying 2600/- for one year including kannada zeetv and etv.

from last one month we are not getting proper signels and i have complained several time and we not able watch the above mentioned channels. When i was purchased they said that for year it will be free after one year i have to pay pm 130. but most of the channels we are not able to watch it says channels are chargeable.

After that i am not recommending this dth to my friends.

in muzaffarnagar luxmi cable network & operators are using BIG tv dth for telecast some pay channels, some the VC number is[protected], 00007789AE23, 000077AAFC73, 000077A5FB9E, I am also a cable operator, i have buy pay channels properly and telecast in cable. But they are using BIG tv service illegally through cable . My times i sent this compliant to BIG tv customer care service & company piracy cell this VC no. was kill But affter some time the same VC number is still running .BIG TV given full support to Piracy. we are effected because we are legal operators.
