[Resolved]  Big Tv Dth — BIG TV relay hangs very frequently

Previously the relay was OK, but recently the relay hangs and each and every time the supply has to be switched off and then switched on to view the channels. This happens very frequently. Today the relay was hanging within the time period of 10 to 15 mins. Each and every time you call them they will tell me to do something. It will work for some time. Then the next day the same problem starts over again. When I called them second time (yesterday. First time I called them on 13Feb10) the attendent was even rude in answering the questions that I asked. Now today the smart card error occurs in the screen and they that I have to wait till their engineer attends the issue.

My concern is this
What if the same problem continues again after their visit?
Is there any way that I can get the installation amount and the one year subscription that I payed on 07Feb19?
Why should I have to switch off and on every time this problem occurrs? Is this the way does BIG TV DTH work?
What can be done so that other so called big company customers are not affected by similar issues?
There is no office where you can go and ask them face to face. Is this the way companies work? Or are there any office where I can go and talk to these people.
If nothing works can I get in touch with consumer court to get properly compensated for the poor quality of service (Is this a service?) provided and the agony caused because of these issues?
Can I get a better service from any other DTH?
