BIG TV relay hangs very frequently
Previously the relay was OK, but recently the relay hangs and each and every time the supply has to be switched off and then switched on to view the channels. This happens very frequently. Today the relay was hanging within the time period of 10 to 15 mins. Each and every time you call them they will tell me to do something. It will work for some time. Then the next day the same problem starts over again. When I called them second time (yesterday....

I have purchased DTH equipment on[protected] with One year subscription free from Big TV delear. During December I have recharged Rs 500/- for activating Sports pack and Movies for 3 months.
My DTH services were disconnected on Jun 6th 2009, when I checked with Big TV Call Centre (After several attempts I got through, 3 times I was told that the systems are under up gradation and no data is available to verify) to my surprise...

Near to my village Some cable operators are using BIG tv dth for telecost some pay channels, one the VC number is[protected]. I am also a cable operator, i have buy pay channels properly and telecost in cable. But they are using BIG tv service illegally through cable . My times i sent this compliant to BIG tv customer care service. But there is no any response from them. I think they give full support to Piracy....
