Sir, I am C.Murthy, a senior executive in a public sector organisation and a regular user of Big TV DTH vide account number:[protected]. I used the toll free number [protected] to upgrade my set top box to HD set top box. I chose Tamil as my communicative language. After some time, a lady Customer care executive attended my call. The call was made at around 19:50 Hrs on 22.11.2011. After the upgrade was confirmed i enquired about whether certain pay channels could be removed from my list of channels. The lady had asked for the channels to be removed. During the communication, the lady officer presumably had consulted one of the male colleagues. Holding me online, the lady executive used unpalatable unwanted words in referring me to her colleague saying that i had been making more than one service with one call. Hearing what these officers were talking about me was highly disturbing and unwarranted. I am sure conversations during such calls to toll free numbers would be recorded and hence I would prefer to lodge a complaint about the particular customer care official. I expect a stern action be initiated against the lady officer for having made unpalatable reference about me without any reason. I would also prefer to know why I should not approach a consumer court seeking a stern action against this official so that these occurrences are not repeated in future against consumers. A UNKNOWN NUMBER IS DISTURBING MESIR, A TATA DOCOMO NUMBER [protected] and [protected] IS DISTURBING ME A LOT. HE IS MESSAGEING TO MY TATA INDICOM MOBILE N USING VULGAR WORDS. HE IS BLACKMAILING ME. PLS SIR HELP ME TO GET RID OF THAT PERSON
