[Resolved] Big Tv Dth Reliance — fraud activation

Hi,

Today one reliance executive came for giving a sim card which is use for connection. i was very happy that time but he came & gave me a smart card which having a 12 digit no[protected].he insert the card & taken a delivery signature for proof & he went from home. after few moment the connection got disconnected & showing no signal.than & there i called up to the customer care & inquired about this.The CC executive ask me the 12 digit no & i got the answer which very shocking & surprising. he told me that in this smart card the available balance is 0 34 Paise only but according to the offer i should get 1 month subscription free.this is totally a cheating to a consumer.

i just request you to every one if any one could suggest me the process of legal case filing at consumer court that would be great help for me because this intolerable for me. by any means

I have bought DTH service of Reliance BIG TV 15 Days back since that day i am getting problem of system hangging after calling on toll free no they are not agree that as such problem in there i am keep calling them so i have decided to go in consumer forum.
