BIG TV — few channels are not getting

I have opted malayalam regional pack(Rs.127.00 per month).Now iam not getting many channels like GEMINI,NICK,AXN,MTV,UTVworld,UTVbindas,andSTARWORLD etc.My coustomer ID NO is[protected].Kindy look in to this matter and do the needful so that i will get the above channels as iwas getting for about one year under this pack.

Hi Mukesh,

Packages keep on changing and we have discontinued with South Bronze pack which you had earlier and equivalent enhanced pack of the same value was given to you after 3 notifications and SMS were sent to you.
