I paid Rs.5000/- against Reliance Digital TV Smart Card numbers[protected] and[protected] on 13/04/2013 for getting High Definition(HD) TV set top box as per instruction given by Reliance Digital TV call centre people.
Reliance Digital TV did not install set top box for High Definition TV after getting my deposit made through ICICI Bank online transfer so far. When I checked them over phone number of time, the response was that they are in the process of developing the HD TV set top box. I asked them to refund the money collected for HD Set top box due to their technical problem through phone as well as email. Their response is different in each of their email like proof of payment with details of online transfer, not eligible to get refund as I paid though dealer which is absolutely wrong Etc.
Now they are telling that the amount of Rs.5000/- is credited in my Reliance Digital TV account on 13/04/2013 and is used for the current subscription and current account balance as on 11/08/2013 is Rs.3012/-.Further they say that if you want the amount to be refunded, you need to recharge your account with Rs.2000/- so that they will process for refund of Rs.5000/- as the reversal of the partial payment is unavailable.
