I have buy BIG TV service 8 month before and i am facing lots of issues regarding service , setup box quality and prompt response.
I am encounter first time one month before when i want to change my residence. I am informed by BIG tv shop seller that you have put one request to customer care for change of residence and reinstall whole system.
I have called customer care and put request, i have wait for three day ( customer care representative claim 48 hrs ) in this three days almost i have make around five to six calls.After that on third day technical person arrive and just dismental dish and put in my hend and said goodbye. He said if you want reinstall this dish on new location make again one request. I have again register one request and same way after five to six calls person arrived on forth day. This time he said in system your new location is not changed so he can't install dish on new residence. Again i have put third request and sam after two days person came and install the dish.
Now i am facing new problem , my set up box turn off automatically after some time. I had put my request on 27th of nov.. After three to four calls person arrived he just checked and said replacement required for setup box and he had no setup box in stock. On asking at when he replace he simply denied to commit any specific date or time. Again i have put request for change of setup box. Till one days gone and no one even reqply.
