birla — from when i purchased it it is not working properly

i purchased a birla ecogen inventer since i have purchased it it is not working propely sometimes the fuse blows away sometimes is gives a irritating sound sometimes it only works for5 minutes

ombudsman informing that my case is bing forwarded to grievances
redressal officer, Andheri(E), Mumbai and as per legal time period of
30 days, the response letter should be reach at my address from your
end.
Where as I am continuing writing so many emails to birla sunlife
insurance from the august, 2009, but the issue is still pending and not
sorted out yet.
You are requested either release the compensation payment cheque or
issue refusal letter, so I can put my grievances at consumer court.

1. Policy is canceled illegally by birlasunlife as per call centre
executive due to non paying renewal premium.

2. I had paid renewal premium by cash of Rs.6573/-, receipt number
14709227, dated 25/7/2009, at noida office before the due date.

3. I am continuing writing for correction & visited so many time at
their noida office but problem remain same.

4. Now asking to deposit again renewal premium along with interest of
Rs.120.05/- for reactivation, which is illegal.

You are requested to help me and asking them to issue fresh premium
certificate for 2009-10 immediately and pay for harassment.
