Blackberry Curve 8520 — Lost the mobile-blackberry
i request you to please trace my mobile which was stolen on 23 sept in Rajouri Garden. I have reoprted at the same time in Rajouri Garden Police station.I have been following for the same for the last whole month but everytime they express their inability to find my mobile.

In January while i was travelling europe through Dubai. As I changed my European no. to my blackberrry 8520 phone. Some problem occurd and it did not come on after changing SIM card. I tried 2-3 times. At last I shown to Blackberry selling counter at Airport. Because I was scarred as all my appoiment nos. were also in phone only. When no solution came out. I borrowed my friends phone in Dubai and keep my phone in my bag in a hope that I will get it repaired in India.After coming back to India, I submitted my phone to Recognised blackberry center only. But they came back to me last week by saying that no warrantee is applicable and I will have to pay 80% of phone value for repari. Its very irresponsible behavious. Instead of helping me in recovering my more than 800 contacts which were like life blood in my service industry, blackberry is asking componsation from me. Is it my fault that I trust blackberry and use it since long time. My this set is only 5 lmonths old. With lthis complaint, I want help from Blackberry otherwise I will have no other option to go legally and Ofcourse I will never trust the company again. And it will be shameful for company.

Good morning,I,Rakesh kumar had given my handset for service as there was some problem with the handset but now when i received your mail as it is not under warranty criteria i was really shocked so i need a complete clarification regarding this.
As the phone was not physically damaged and there is some manufacturing defect as i had repeated problems with the phone.
I would even like to tell you that within in a 2months i had given my handset thrice for service as i had the same problem which was not rectified .
The problem what i had was ear piece problem, phone gets hanged very often and voice is not clear.
I am not satisfied with the service and the handset as i had repeated problems with the phone.
I would also request you to check the service records of the phone as well.
So i kindly request you to look into the matter and request you to do the best possible thing for your customer.

I have sent repeated mails and i request the company resolve the problem as soon as problem on ur mail id.

my blackberry curve 8520 is suffering from the hardware problm of trackpad pad..but customer support denied me for any help on 18 months warranty the service provider were asking me for the fee on the repair aur replace ment of my blackberry curve 8520...if my complain is not granted for replacement of my phone i will be abide to do the legal case on blackberry for false warranty and service of blackberry. i hope my complain shall be solved soon. thank you
Blackberry Curve 8520 — Lost phone
I have lost my blackberry 8520 on Friday night. Imei no is [protected].my mobile no is [protected].please help me tracking it. My Black Berry Cure 8520 is not receive the incoming email from yahoo or Hotmail or Official id, Since june this year. I bought this mobile last Decemeber 2011. I also spoke to Vodaphone but nothing happened till now. Where is exactly the problem. it is network or the Mobile Itself. Earlier it was ok.
Lost in Houson near Westin Galleria on 11 Feb 10.
