[Resolved] Blackberry — No after sales service | |||
We had ordered a Black berry storm in January, vide order No :[protected], in response to thier advertisments in Times of india, and have made payment via credit card. My daughter has been facing problems with the Blue tooth, frequent discharging, substandard finishing ( the button on the phone is coming out ), etc. We had complained soon after in Jan regarding these issue's, and were promised atleast 10 times that some one would pick up the phone for replacement / repair. Finally on 10-Feb I rung up the customerservice[protected] and spoke to one Mr Satya who is the supervisor, he assured me that he would have the phone picked up by Blue dart or Aramex couriers, latest by 14-Feb. I once more reminded them when I spoke to Nilesh , who told me that Mr Satya will call me by 4 pm. I am completely fedup of all of the staff. I am looking at taking them to court, as no action has yet been taken. It has been almost a month since when we are running pillar to post. This is not what the advertisment suggests , am ashamed of saying " we're the Blackberry boys ". Please help and advise as I am fed up of Research in Motion, Was this information helpful? | |||
