Blazeflash courier Ltd — Delay in delivery

An envelope containing a document was sent to me (Sudhir Gupta, M- 403, Purva Fountain Square, Near Marathahalli Bridge, Bangalore- 560037) from Agra on January 5, 2012 for which Agra branch of above named granted Receipt No.[protected] and assured for delivery of document at Bangalore next day or latest by January 7, 2012. But is delivered to me on January 10, 2012 only i.e. after 5 days of booking, that too after many telephone calls to Co's. Agra, Delhi and Bangalore offices for two days. When I pointed out to deliveryman regarding delay he replied "You should have chosen big Cos. like Blue Dart etc. for timely delivery."
