[Resolved] Blazeflash courier Ltd — Not delivered courier sent on 4.6.13 | |||
Some important official bills were courier on 4.6.2013 from Blazeflash Courier Ltd. ,Vaishali to the address of Dr. Sanjay Singh Negi, Assistant Professor, AIIMS Residential Complex, Kabir Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The courier number alloted was[protected]. However despite carrying the status of courier, it was still not delivered to its destination point i.e. 15.6.2013. I have registered my complaint to their delhi C.P. office with my complaint number 75670 without any relief. What should I do. I request you to take stringent action against this company so that these kind of callous attitude should not be happened to anyone and no one suffer in their hand in future. Please take some action. As being a doctor i hardly finds time to everyday track my case as more than on three occassion i tried their raipur address and phone([protected]), but either i found it switched off or not exist. Sir,My Relative sent one courier from meerut (UP) To Mumbai in 11-feb-2010 from Blazeflash courier ltd courier company.

He sent two items in the courier but i receive only one item.
Sir the packet has been delivered today in an OPEN CONDITION & 1 THINGS ARE MISSING from the packet, ONE GIFT.
Sir we are the customer of Blazefash but today's incident has buzzed our confidence. Can you please look into this case (Receipt number is already mentioned over and above.

My packet contains some important documents and which was also supposed to forward some where by Oct and due to your worst service, we are unable to do that do the same. Who will bear the loss for the same???
